Jim Ventura has been a licensed agent since the early 90’s and real estate broker since 1998. (CA Real Estate Lic.# 01172921). Pacific Southland Properties was formed at the turn of the new millennium in 2000. Jim’s degree and background is in architecture, and he currently holds an architecture license in the State of Nevada (NV Architect, #6979).
