Hello! This is a pre-qualification application, and will require filling in a few items of additional information on an actual application that we will send you. Please complete all items requested, and we'll begin processing your application, and provide a pre-qualification letter by return email, then forward the actual application to you for signatures upon your decision to move forward. This application assumes a purchase, not a refinance, 30 year, fixed rate loan at prevailing rates (we will send a quote at the time of lock, before you commit) CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES ONLY! We will assume solid credit and verifiable assets, with at least two years stable employment history for all borrowers. (all data will be verified prior to submittal to the lender). As a mortgage broker, Pacific Southland Mortgage can work with all credit situations, and numerous loan types, adjustable rates, buydowns, etc., however, this application is for the basic loan parameters outlined above. Pacific Southland Properties is a mortgage broker, we do not fund loans directly. The purpose of this application is to begin the loan process online, and produce a prequalification letter for the borrower based on the information provided by the borrower which is required by many realtors in the process of making an offer on the purchase of property. All information will have to be verified, and a standard application for a mortgage loan will eventually be completed and processed. We do not examine any credit report in this prequalification process, and, typically, a fee will be required for credit reports and processing should the applicant move forward with the process. Prior to moving forward, you will be notified of all fees, current rate of interest, and other important information. You are under no obligation of any kind by completing this prequalification process.
