Pacific Southland Properties is a mortgage broker, we do not fund loans directly. The purpose of this application is to begin the loan process online, and produce a prequalification letter for the borrower based on the information provided by the borrower which is required by many realtors in the process of making an offer on the purchase of property. All information will have to be verified, and a standard application for a mortgage loan will eventually be completed and processed. We do not examine any credit report in this prequalification process, and, typically, a fee will be required for credit reports and processing should the applicant move forward with the process. Prior to moving forward, you will be notified of all fees, current rate of interest, and other important information. You are under no obligation of any kind by completing this prequalification process.
