You can get started today! One class, then a relatively easy state exam (take a cram class if you want to really help insure success!), and you've got a conditional license! Premier Service Transaction

Now you are certainly welcome to process your own transactions and earn the standard commission split (up to 80%), but if you'd like, we offer you the opportunity to utilize our new Premier Service Transaction. All you do under this program is complete the file through negotiation (get an agreement between buyer and seller, and get it into escrow), and Pacific Southland's expert processors will do the rest! You can go on with your busy schedule or full time job, and follow along the transaction's progress either with email updates, internet website postings, or feel free to call your processor (and your client) whenever you'd like for a personal update - all while earning splits as high as 65%!
