This is therefore an introduction to the concepts of what we are doing here, and a hope that you will take a serious look at the opportunities presented you by considering our services as your brokerage.
Other brokers reading this page will probably be a little confused when seeing me write, "consider our services". Pacific Southland Properties is however just that; a service organization to licensed real estate agents. Although we must adhere to a set of reasonable requirements set up by the Department of Real Estate, our primary goal is to assist you as agents in any way that we can.
Many brokers will try to convince you of their companies' amazing reputations - some will tell you of great success stories with certain "Top Producer" agents. Well, I'm here to tell you the same thing you've heard ten thousand times.. the same thing Mom and Dad told you when you were little... there is no free lunch. Your success depends on exactly one thing - you. We have all the tools available to you to help you become as successful as you can, but the basic tool in this business is your total commitment to hard work. Our system rewards your work whether you make two sales a year or two hundred with the highest splits in the business, but two hundred sales is going to make you alot more money than two... volume is king. As you advance, you may want to train to begin to process loans as well as the real estate transactions and increase your earnings even more by performing more services for your clients. You can make a lot of money in this business; the potential is unlimited, but the price is high... hard work. Gone are the days of closing deals with smiles. Clients are more educated than they've ever been, and you simply must provide a higher level of service to keep up with other agents out there. Pacific Southland Properties does not often associate with new agents... we believe in associating with the motivated and educated, typically experienced agents... we're not specifically here to teach you or motivate you... we expect you are a highly skilled professional, and we are here to make your transactions flow smoothly. That's it, no magic formula.... high commission splits and a simple workable system.
